1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our mobile app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

To open and maintain an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and password.
  • Restricting access to your authorized devices.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized breach.

3. Electronic Fund Transfers

Our digital services allow for the transfer of funds between accounts. Limits on transfer amounts and frequency are set based on your account tier and security verification status.

Note: Most digital transfers are processed instantly but may be delayed for security review or technical maintenance.

4. Fees and Charges

While our core digital banking app is free to use, certain services (such as international wire transfers or expedited card replacements) may incur fees. A full schedule of fees is available within the "Settings" section of your account profile.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to digital services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the bank is headquartered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
